DDS does not control the privacy, security, or data-handling practices of unaffiliated third parties. Information you provide directly to a third party is governed by that third party’s privacy policy and terms.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party websites and platforms before providing personal information.
9. Biomedical and Medical-Related Deliveries
DDS may transport properly packaged biomedical materials, medical supplies, or other health-related shipments.
This Privacy Policy is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. When DDS handles protected health information or other regulated health information on behalf of a health care organization, laboratory, pharmacy, or other regulated entity, the information may also be governed by applicable law and by a separate services agreement or business associate agreement.
Customers should not include medical diagnoses, treatment information, test results, or other protected health information in an ordinary delivery request unless the information is necessary and appropriate safeguards have been established.

DDS may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your information from unauthorized access or deletion. We will use verification information only to process the request.

If DDS denies a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision or submitting a new message with “Privacy Request Appeal” in the subject line.

DDS’s website and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13 years of age.
